Eddy Therapy

Eddy Therapy is a California-based, telehealth psychotherapy practice serving adolescents, young adults, adults, and families statewide. The practice was built to provide accessible, relationship-centered care that meets clients where they are — emotionally, culturally, and developmentally.

The practice prioritizes culturally responsive and trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients navigating emotional stress, family conflict, identity exploration, and life transitions. Care is individualized, collaborative, and paced to help clients develop sustainable coping tools and stronger emotional awareness. Sliding-scale options are available for individuals and families experiencing financial stress.

Eddy is involved with Arielle’s Light because of a shared commitment to ensuring young people feel connected, reassured, and supported during vulnerable moments. They believe access to mental health care can be life-changing — especially for youth and families who may otherwise face barriers to support. Collaborating with Arielle’s Light allows Eddy to contribute to a community-driven mission focused on connection, compassion, and early intervention.
