Christine Harrington
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MA (LMFT)
Hi, I'm Christine Harrington. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice. I know that reaching out for support—whether for yourself or someone you love—is a meaningful step, and I believe every person's story deserves to be heard with compassion, respect, and care.
I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on teens, young adults, couples, and families. My practice centers on helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and the life challenges that often accompany them, including relationship struggles, divorce, life transitions, parenting, communication, peer relationships, boundary setting, executive functioning, self-care, and personal growth.
My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to your unique goals, experiences, and strengths. I believe healing happens through collaboration, trust, and creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Along with my clinical training, I bring life experience, a healthy sense of humor, and a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit. Building genuine relationships with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my work, and I am committed to helping people find hope, confidence, and meaningful change.
Supporting adolescents has always been especially important to me. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent young people from accessing mental health care. I continue to reserve several spots in my practice for adolescents in need, offering reduced-fee or pro bono services whenever possible because I believe every young person deserves access to compassionate support during life's most challenging moments.

Christine Harrington, Counseling
Christine Harrington is passionate about making mental health care accessible, especially for adolescents who often face financial barriers to receiving support. She has long been committed to serving underserved youth, continuing a mission that began during her internship with Jewish Family Services by offering reduced-fee and pro bono therapy when needed. Christine reserves five spots in her practice specifically for adolescents who may not otherwise have access to care.
At the heart of her practice is the belief that no one should feel alone in their struggles. She strives to provide a safe, compassionate space where young people can discover that healing is possible, explore their authentic selves free from outside expectations, and recognize that there is always another path forward.
